1-1 Peer Support Key Work Sessions

Key working sessions will be based on individual support plans that are created and identified from the support needs of the service user. This will enable us to tailor the support to the service users' needs.

Quarterly reviews will take place for each service user. Monthly reports will be written and will be based on every child matters model. For 11 to 25-year-olds who are LAC (looked after children), we will be providing their reports to their allocated social workers and/or PAs. This will enable us to work closely with the local authority and other professionals, to support our service users to the best of our ability.

These sessions are free, as part of the service for service users who have been referred to us or who have been identified as needing key support.
